Air blast sprayer’s spraying forms

There are three types of air blast sprayer spraying forms: airflow nozzle atomization pressure nozzle atomization and centrifugal rotary atomizer. The following details about air blast sprayer spraying forms:
1.Air atomization nozzle: The use of compressed air ejected from the nozzle at high speed by means of the air-liquid two-phase material of different relative velocity friction generated, the dispersed liquid droplets.
2.Pressure nozzle atomization: is the use of pressure pump high pressure liquid ejected from the nozzle hole, the pressure energy into kinetic energy, in contact with the drying medium dispersed into droplets.
3.Rotary atomizer: refers to the liquid through the high-speed rotating disk or wheel, under the centrifugal force, thrown from a disk or edges, forming material in contact with the surrounding medium fog.
